Georgie joined JMW in January 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor. Georgie then qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024 into the Court of Protection Department.
Georgie has experience in a wide range of Court of Protection Law matters including:
- Deputyship general management;
- Applications to the Court of Protection;
- High Value Medical Negligence claims, many relating to birth injury; and
- Trust matters.
After graduating from the University of Sheffield, she went on to working full time at Boyes Turner LLP in Reading, whilst studying her LPC part time, before relocating and moving to Manchester to complete her Training Contract with JMW.
Outside of work Georgie enjoys doing charity work with the elderly, going to the gym and going on long walks with her family.
